It's no secret that as mamas, often times our own wellness and self-care takes a back seat to the needs of our families. Though this can feel like a necessary sacrifice, what it really leads to is increased burnout, stress, impatience, and a whole slew of health problems (weight gain, low energy, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, anxiety and insomnia, just to name a few).
The truth is, a healthy, happy, balanced mama is a better parent, more focused in her career, and more present in her relationship. Sacrificing ourselves to keep things afloat is actually helping no one.
I created this program to teach you my favorite, most powerful wellness tools to improve your health, energy, and wellness across all areas of your body and life. We will meet in person as a group and support each other in implementing changes and meeting our goals, and share our challenges in a supportive environment.
You will transform your eating, daily routines, and self-care practices in the most time efficient way (because what mama has hours to devote to cooking or wellness every day!?).
The group will meet over tea and healthy treats every other week for 1 hour in my home in Santa Monica, for a total of 6 sessions. On the off weeks, we will meet for an hour long open level yoga class taught by Kate Sims.
For those of you that are pregnant or trying to conceive, adjustments will be made to your herbal and yoga routines to account for your needs and safety.
